Private Jet Charter Advisory Services

Palm Beach Jets arranges private jet charter to and from Palm Beach and beyond. We compare aircraft, operators, complete trip pricing and booking terms against your route, schedule and passengers, then coordinate the trip with the certificated third-party operator that conducts the flight.

What We Check Before We Recommend a Charter

Two quotes for the same trip can look alike and still be very different. Pricing and availability depend on aircraft type, routing, timing and market conditions.

Before we recommend an option, we work through three questions with you:

  • Who is operating the flight, and which aircraft is proposed?
  • What does the complete trip price include?
  • What happens if plans change or the aircraft becomes unavailable?

We also check that the aircraft suits your passengers, luggage, range and airports. For more detail, read our guide to comparing private jet charter quotes.

Aircraft Categories Available for Charter

Palm Beach Jets arranges charter flights across all major aircraft categories, including:

  • Light Jets for short-haul and regional travel
  • Midsize Jets for increased range and cabin comfort
  • Super-Midsize Jets for coast-to-coast flexibility
  • Large Cabin and Ultra-Long-Range Aircraft for international travel

Category is only a starting point. We compare the aircraft actually available for your dates against your passengers, luggage, range and airports. A larger aircraft or a lower price is not automatically the better fit, and the operator makes the final operational decisions for the flight.

What Does Private Jet Charter Cost?

Charter pricing varies widely based on aircraft type, distance, availability, and timing.

As a general reference:

  • Light jets often start around $5,000–$7,000 per flight hour
  • Large cabin and ultra-long-range aircraft may exceed $15,000 per hour

The useful comparison is the complete trip price, not the hourly rate alone. Positioning, airport and handling fees, taxes, crew costs and added services can all change the total. Our charter cost estimator gives a starting range, and our guide to the real cost of private jet charter explains what drives it.

Operator Review and Safety Standards

Charter flights are conducted by properly certificated third-party operators, which hold operational control of the flight. Palm Beach Jets does not operate aircraft. When we evaluate an option, we review the operator's credentials and the safety information available to us, and we explain what we find before you book. Our safety standards describe that process.

Palm Beach Jets is a WYVERN Wingman Broker. We earned that recognition in July 2026 after an independent virtual audit of our policies, processes and procedures against WYVERN's ethical code and standards. It is a broker credential, not an operating certificate, and it does not replace the operator review we do for each trip. Read WYVERN's announcement.

Who Handles Your Trip

Patryk Fiedorek, Director, Charter Operations and Sales, leads our charter work alongside Alex Kowtun, Co-Founder and Private Aviation Advisor. The focus is simple: understand the trip, explain the options clearly and stay involved from the first inquiry through the completed flight.

What that means in practice:

  • A clear explanation of each option and its tradeoffs
  • Operator and aircraft review before you book
  • Complete trip pricing, not just an hourly rate
  • One point of contact while we coordinate with the operator
  • Continuity if ownership is ever worth evaluating

Charter Today. Ownership Only If It Makes Sense.

Charter can remain the right answer even for frequent travelers. If ownership becomes worth evaluating, the decision should weigh the mission, costs, maintenance exposure and management responsibilities, not flight hours alone. We can advise on that evaluation, and ownership is never a condition of charter support.
