West Palm Beach, Florida, September 21, 2026. Palm Beach Jets welcomes Patryk Fiedorek as Director, Charter Operations and Sales, strengthening the firm’s private jet charter advisory and coordination team.
Fiedorek brings more than six years of experience in private aviation. His work will focus on aircraft sourcing, operator evaluation, charter sales and client relationships, supporting travelers from the initial inquiry through the completion of each trip.
He joins a team led by co-founders Alex Kowtun, Nicholas Castellino, and Barry Habib with an independent advisory approach centered on aircraft suitability, transparent economics and long-term client relationships.
Strengthening Charter Advisory and Client Support
In his role, Fiedorek will work with the firm’s advisors and third-party operators to source appropriate aircraft, review charter proposals and coordinate travel arrangements. His responsibilities include helping clients understand the proposed aircraft, the operating carrier, the complete trip price and the terms that apply when plans change.
That process begins with the requirements of the trip: routing, travel dates, passenger count, luggage, schedule flexibility and arrival deadlines. Those details inform aircraft selection and help clients compare options beyond the headline price.
Fiedorek’s addition provides further support for entrepreneurs, families, executive assistants and family offices seeking a consistent point of contact for private travel. The emphasis is on clear communication, careful coordination and continued involvement before, during and after each trip.
His role covers the commercial coordination and sales functions of charter arrangements.
